ACADEMY MANAGER
B3YOND is seeking a passionate and driven Academy Manager to lead the evolution of our MMA Zone—an elite space within our premier athletic performance hub.
In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of B3YOND’s MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, responsible for building world-class training experiences that blend striking, grappling, and ground game mastery across all levels. From youth fundamentals to advanced fight-ready sessions, you’ll craft a curriculum that empowers every athlete to exceed their limits.
You’ll collaborate with a team of elite coaches, oversee day-to-day academy operations, and shape a culture of respect, resilience, and relentless growth—on the mats and beyond.
If you’re an experienced MMA and BJJ coach with a proven track record of running successful academies and youth programs—and you thrive in an environment built on performance, precision, and purpose—we want you leading this movement.
